Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.
DnHub Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Fees for work completed must be paid upon termination.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of South Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
